Terms of use
What you can expect from this booking site, and what the salon expects from you when you book a visit.
Draft — pending the owner's review
Nyra Beauty Lounge still needs to decide its late-arrival and no-show rules, whether a deposit is ever taken, and which country's law these terms are written under — all three are left blank below rather than guessed at.
This wording is a plain-English placeholder written by the people who built this booking site, so that the links in the footer lead somewhere honest. It is not legal advice, it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it makes no claim of compliance with any particular law or regulation. Nyra Beauty Lounge should have it checked and replaced before treating it as binding.
Who these terms are between
They are between you and Nyra Beauty Lounge, Building 929, Rd 2719, Manama, Bahrain. Using this site to book a visit means you accept them. If you do not, you are always welcome to book by phone or WhatsApp instead.
Booking is a request until the salon confirms it
Some visits are confirmed straight away; longer or more complex ones are sent to the salon as a request. The app always tells you which happened, and your appointment is only a commitment on the salon's side once it shows as confirmed.
A request that the salon cannot take at your chosen time may come back with an alternative time for you to accept or decline. A request the salon does not answer within the window shown in the app expires on its own, and any time held for it is released.
Changing or cancelling
You can cancel or reschedule a booking from My appointments up until the cutoff shown on that booking. After the cutoff, the app will not let you change it — call or message the salon and they will help where they can.
The salon may also need to cancel or move a visit — a specialist falling ill, an unexpected closure. If that happens you will be told, and you are free to rebook at any other available time.
Late arrivals, missed visits, and whether any charge applies to them: to be set by the salon.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars and are the prices in force when you book; the total for your visit is recorded with the booking. Payment is taken at the salon — this site does not take card details and does not charge you anything. If the treatment actually carried out differs from what you booked, the price is settled with you at the salon.
Whether a deposit is ever required: to be set by the salon.
Your account
Booking needs a Google sign-in, and the account is yours alone — please keep it that way, and give us contact details that actually reach you, so the salon can tell you if something about your appointment changes. How we handle those details is on the privacy page.
The salon may limit how many bookings one person can hold at once, and may decline or cancel bookings it believes are not genuine.
What this site does and does not promise
We work to keep the times shown here accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise either without interruption — opening hours change, specialists' availability changes, and software occasionally breaks. The times, services, and prices shown are the salon's current information, not a guarantee.
Treatments themselves are provided by the salon in person. Tell your specialist about allergies, skin conditions, medication, or pregnancy before a treatment starts — nothing on this site is medical advice.
Changes and questions
These terms will be replaced once the salon has reviewed them. Anything unclear, ask us — email contact@nyra.bh or call +973 3881 1336.
Governing law and where disputes are heard: to be set by the salon. Left blank on purpose — naming a jurisdiction here would be a guess, and a guess is worse than an admitted gap.
